What will you do? Consistently engage with clients to ensure ongoing communication. Work closely & collaborate with a team dedicated to client success. Guide clients in harnessing the potential of digital marketing campaigns by reviewing and optimising their digital products according to defined parameters to maximize success. (comprehensive training provided.) Proactively research and diagnose technical issues and queries by leveraging available resources, software tools, and documentation. Actively listen to clients' inquiries and concerns, delivering accurate and prompt responses. Offer effective solutions or direct them to appropriate resources as needed. Address client objections and concerns by employing effective techniques, ensuring a positive experience even in challenging situations. What will you bring? Required: Customer-focused with a knack for handling objections effectively. Strategic, creative, and adaptable thinker. Attentive to detail with a progressive approach to customer engagement. Proactive in communication, with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities. Innovative, driving positive customer outcomes. Desired: Experience with SEO, SEM, social media, or digital products is a plus, but not required. Why it's great to work with us!
