Hours: 38hrs per weekDays: Monday - FridayMust be able to work some Saturdays if and when required (Overtime applicable)The Role:Our Darwin AutoGlass Service Center is seeking a highly-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate Customer Experience Manager to lead customer service and focus on delivering a first-class service to our new and existing customers.
Key duties and responsibilities include:Lead customer service and support the day to day running of the Service CentreProvide first class service to all customers using your amazing people and communication skillsKeep customers appraised of delivery lead-timeUndertake repair inspections, converting repairs to sales where appropriateRaise Job Authorities and invoices by utilising Service Centre computer systemIn conjunction we are needing someone with:A true passion for delivering customer service excellenceMotor vehicle industry experience is highly regarded!Experience in managing/leading teams in a busy environmentConfident, engaging approach and a natural ability to communicateResilience and the ability to work in a complex and changing environmentOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsExcellent self-organisation and time management skillsRelated Industry experience (automotive industry experience highly desirable but not required)Demonstrated strong leadership and coaching experienceHighly developed stakeholder engagement, influencing, and presenting skillsStrong IT skills in particular MS Office.The PerksO'Brien is committed to giving you fantastic benefits, a platform for development and working with you to grow your career.
