About the role Alpha Car Hire has permanent Customer Experience Representative opportunities available at our Brisbane locations.
You will be responsible for attending to customers' hire vehicle requirements, ensuring our customers receive quality service and an experience they would repeat, share, or recommend.
The available roles will be worked in accordance with a seven (7) day rotating roster and are required to work within the branch operating hours of Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm, Saturday to Sunday 7am to 7pm.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with hourly award rates per applicable award classifications and eligibility for the monthly reward scheme alongside superannuation according to the Super Guarantee.
Your role and responsibilities: Providing outstanding customer service by understanding and anticipating their needsOpening and closing rental agreementsSelling additional over the counter rental productsConditioning returned vehiclesChecking for and recording vehicle damageMovement of vehicles on and offsite for refuelling, maintenance, repairs, delivery to customers or other locationOccasional cleaning and presenting passenger and commercial vehiclesEnsure compliance and workplace health and safety risks and incidents are reported promptly and managed effectivelyWe can offer you A performance-driven culture that reflects honesty, respect, accountability, trust, and loyalty.
