Customer Experience Officer - ROI Fawkner, Australia Reference: 6582581 One RDO (Rostered Day Off) per month Full time, permanent role Salary: EBA Level 3.1 ($78,125.52+ Super) Location: Fawkner About the role The position of a Customer Experience Officer - ROI will form part of the Customer Experience team within the Directorate of Customer. The Customer Directorate provides the first point of contact for families and stakeholders and supports and guides them through a range of services, delivered with certainty in an environment representing care and compassion. Each role within the directorate has an opportunity to positively impact the community. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Input of ROI application/change requests and associated documents into the CRM. Review of applications and associated supporting documents. Liaison with applicant family member/s to request further documentation or clarify application requests. Liaison with CX Supervisors/General Manager as required. Liaison with legal advisor as required. Knowledge of and compliance with the Cemeteries and Crematorium Act 2003 regarding ROI ownership and transfer/change. To be successful in this position you will require: Qualification within the Business/Administration field or relevant experience in a similar or comparable role. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage emotions when faced with demanding and sensitive situations on a regular basis.
