ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Officer to join our new Dandenong site. In this role, you will be responsible for completing front-of-house administrative duties and providing our customers with exceptional customer service.

ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong computer literacy skills, proficient with MS Office product, and the ability to learn new systems High attention to detail Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills demonstrating your flair for exceptional customer service Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion to learn and succeed. Previous experience in office-based customer service role. Insurance Industry experience highly regarded. Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices.
