About the Role We are currently recruiting a casual Customer Experience Officer to work on our Canberra campus.
The role supports the day-to-day campus operations, course delivery, scheduling, and course catering on the campus and at times will provide support to other business units.
Meeting and greeting students as they arrive on campusAddressing customer service inquiries via phone and emailAddressing customer concerns, escalating where requiredProducing reports and analysing dataLiaising with a cross-section of internal and external stakeholdersSetting up the training room, laying out catering and cleaning after cateringThe ideal candidate will be.... Dynamic, hands-on, and flexible individual, able to work in a fast-paced and at times, ambiguous environment with ease.2+ years in a customer-facing roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience building and maintaining stakeholder relationshipsTech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to assist others with IT issuesTeam player with a great attitudeThe Culture We're all about connecting people and organisations with learning.
