Les Mills Asia Pacific distributes, sells and supports fitness classes,

About the role Are you a passionate and successful Customer Service professional? Would you like to help us create a fitter planet? If you're looking for a role where you can make a difference in a company that is making a difference, then we have an opportunity to join our winning team in Canberra, as a Customer Experience Officer. In this exciting role you will:
Provide exceptional frontline customer service via phone and email channels.Provide administrative support to the Instructor Specialist & Training Coordination Teams.Provide remote support to Instructors, including the management of social media training pages for Les Mills Asia Pacific's Instructors.This role is part-time (pro-rata), with office hours from 9:30am to 3:30pm (30 hours per week) on Mondays to Fridays.

Skills and experience Success in a customer service or customer-facing role.Proven practical problem-solving skills and a "can do" attitude.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Willingness to take a "hands-on" approach.High level of computer literacyAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.Excellent communication skills including written, on-the-phone and in-person.Excellent attention to detail.Knowledge of and confident use of mobile applications.
