The Customer Experience Officer supports high levels of customer service in the team by ensuring contact with young people, family and friends is marked by professionalism, compassion and integrity. This role is vital in connecting people to supports and information in a timely way whilst ensuring they feel heard and valued by the service.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate individual with a desire to make a difference.
