About the Role:Are you passionate about customer services? Do you demonstrate efficient administration support and exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers?As a Senior Manager, you will assume responsibility to shape and optimise the end-to-end customer journey. Reporting directly to the head of Strategic Sales and Business Development, to effectively achieve business goals and fostering a customer-centric culture.
