The Customer Experience Lead is responsible for implementing the customer experience strategy that drives a customer centric culture, puts the customer at the centre of our decision making and ensures high standards of customer experience across the organisation.

About the Role The Customer Experience Lead will work closely with employees at all levels across Council and engage with external stakeholders, including our community. This position will ensure that customer experience, employee experience, and continuous improvement are at the forefront of the strategy. The incumbent is expected to:
