THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are seeking passionate and inspired Customer Experience superstars to join a team of legends as they deliver high-quality service to Scape residents.
This position offers an exciting and rewarding opportunity to ensure residents' stay at Scape is memorable.

Customer Experience team members are the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
They support residents throughout their stay with Scape, from check-in to check-out, ensuring they are safe, included, and able to make the most of their experience.

The role of Customer Experience requires:
Exceptional face-to-face customer service/operations experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities without compromising accuracy and customer service.
Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Accommodation or Customer Management Software.
Exceptional customer service skills, including conflict resolution.
