As a Customer Experience Expert, you will be responsible for creating seamless, personalised interactions that reflect the luxury and prestige of the Mercedes-Benz brand. You will have an innate ability to anticipate customer needs, manage enquiries with ease, and go above and beyond to ensure each customer feels valued. Your goal will be to exceed expectations at every touchpoint, enhancing brand loyalty and ensuring every customer journey is nothing short of extraordinary.
In this role, you'll need to be highly computer literate, as you'll be working with a range of systems and tools to track customer interactions, manage enquiries and process new and used orders. Strong attention to detail is essential, ensuring you follow established processes and maintain compliance with industry regulations. You'll be responsible for handling sensitive customer data with the utmost care, adhering to company policies and legal standards. Your ability to stay organised and follow through on tasks will be key to delivering the exceptional service Mercedes-Benz is known for.

What you'll do day to day
Proactively assist customers by offering tailored help and advice based on their needs
Foster an inviting retail environment for our customers, including managing displays
Oversee the Customer Journey, ensuring customers make informed decisions by providing comprehensive information on all relevant products and services
Use computers and digital tools to manage customer interactions and access up to date information, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
Deliver a clear and balanced presentation of funding options to customers, adhering to compliance processes and requirements
Enhance the test drive experience by managing product presentations and handling necessary documentation
Collaborate with your managers to secure and process vehicle orders efficiently, utilising Mercedes Benz platforms as needed
Coordinate and finalise handover details for customer purchasing a vehicle, collaborating with relevant team members and departments
Follow up with previous visitors and enquiries, offering additional support and scheduling new appointments as needed
Helpful skills and qualifications
Ability to deliver a first-class customer service with energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences
Proficient in navigating various systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office applications with strong computer literacy
Excellent listening and communication skills to understand customer needs and convey information clearly and effectively
Can utilise strong multitasking skills and a methodical approach to efficiently manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously
Exhibit a genuine desire to assist customers and support the team in achieving collective goals
Possess strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency
