Customer Experience Expert

Our Customer Service and Administration Team is the first point of contact to our AutoGlass customers.
Our AutoGlass Service Centre is looking for an experienced Customer Service Expert with Administration experience to start ASAP and be able to hit the ground running!
This is a brand new Service Centre Location - Our team will be relocating from Muswellbrook to Singleton in October.
Days: Monday - Friday 9.30am - 3.00pm
Must be flexible with hours as they may be subject to change.
Hours: 25 hours per week
Pay rate: $ph Super
About The Role
Face to Face customer service
Greeting customers and visitors at reception with a positive, helpful attitude.
Ensuring our customers have the best experience within the Branch
Answering customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person.
Provide support to the manager.
