We currently have the capacity to provide a home to 17,000+ students (and are growing) and we don't simply provide a bed and roof; we also provide a unique, amazing experience and a safe environment to help students make the most of their studies.ABOUT THE ROLEIn this unique Customer Experience Design Lead (UX/UI) role, you'll blend your UX sensibilities with a keen understanding of UI design principles to design future state journeys and then help translate them together with product owners and tech leads into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces in web and mobile apps. Expect to wear multiple hats, owning entire user journeys while collaborating seamlessly within our agile will report to the GM Digitial and strengthen our focus on customer experience. The whole team works out of our amazing HQ in Sydney, next to IDEAL CANDIDATEOur ideal candidate thrives on getting their hands dirty, leading workshops to identify improvement opportunities and co-design our future blueprints, helping then the tech teams to translate them into great UX/UI.Proactiveness is their middle name, constantly seeking new ways to refine and elevate the user experience.
