The Role
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will provide an awesome customer experience to our valuable customers throughout their building journey. You will be their first point of contact, field their queries and provide regular updates.
Some key tasks and responsibilities will include:
Guide and support our customers, ensuring they are well informed throughout each stage of their building journey
Handle and respond to all customer queries positively and efficiently
Liaise with internal stakeholders to seek information for customer queries and updates
Ensure accuracy of all documentation and progress information is up to date
Manage time frames throughout the customer building journey
Work towards individual and team KPIs
Coordinate required customer meetings with relevant stakeholders

Our Coordinators have a natural ability to build great relationships with our customers and guide them through their building journey. You will need to be resilient, empathetic and an effective communicator to ensure our customers are heard and they are kept well informed.
Experience working in residential construction would be highly desirable, however we can teach you everything you need to know through your onboarding over the first couple months. Working in Customer Experience can be fast paced at times, so your organisational and time management skills will need to be top notch. You will be joining a fun and dynamic Customer Experience team who will be there to help you learn the ins and outs!
