Join our Team as a Customer Experience Coordinator! The role of the Customer Experience Coordinator is to help ScentAir achieve our goals by providing the right tools and services to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
He or she will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide administrative support to our sales and operations teams.
Ensuring a positive first impression, you will demonstrate your customer service and interpersonal skills with our customers and you will utilise your highly developed administration and organisational skills by ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Your Responsibilities include: Create a positive brand image Implement a strong customer experience strategy Respond to customer service inquiries Provide general office administrative, clerical support and data entry Processing sales orders and onboarding new customers Manage and execute service and maintenance planning Keep accurate and timely records and maintain CRM databases Responsible for office equipment procurement, office maintenance, office supplies, etc. Manage operational administrative duties What you bring to the position: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role Must have an understanding of what it takes to create a successful relationship with customers Ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and multi-task High attention to detail with a solid administration background Flexible adaptability Skilled in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
) Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Experience with Salesforce highly regarded Full working rights within Australia
