Our Customer Experience Coordinators are caring, empathetic, and efficient.
They are wonderful at understanding others' needs, great listeners, punctual, dependable, and have strong work ethics.
They recognize the importance of creating positive experiences for our clients and coworkers.
We strive to provide outstanding customer service to both external and internal clients.
We take care of inbound calls regarding service, billing, and other topics, as well as calling back to arrange, confirm, and/or seek future appointments.
We strive to schedule appointments promptly and efficiently.
This role has excellent growth potential within our organization!
Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and/or social media.Service Titan experience is a huge plus.Log customer information in the customer service database.Communicate service information to units.Input error-free data into the database.Provide the best solutions possible to customer issues.Analyze concerns and determine the best course of action.Navigate multiple screens to obtain, copy, or transfer information.Call customers to update/renew memberships and provide other services.Provide quality work, minimizing errors and ensuring processes are followed.Promote membership products or services to customers.QA experience required.Be Part of Something BIGGER!
