Job DescriptionJob Description: The role of Customer Experience Consultant is to provide an exemplary experience for our customers and other stakeholders.
The Customer Experience Consultant is responsible for facilitating a quality customer experience for our new and existing customers ensuring reliability of information, repeatability, accountability, and continuous improvement of our services and customer experiences.
The Customer Experience Consultant position is available as a Full-Time position based at Hindmarsh, rostered Monday to Friday.
This position is a 12-month contract position, with the possibility of extension depending upon service requirements.

Supporting customers throughout their lifecycle with Novita to experience seamless and quality service and act as a central information point for all incoming enquiries.Communicating and liaising with customers about the array of relevant services and products offered by Novita.Coordinating the professional welcome and onboarding of customers to Novita by identifying customers' needs, requirements, and eligibilities and facilitating the transition between services/departments.About You To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

Remuneration Package Total remuneration package includes base salary, annual leave loading, and statutory superannuation contribution.
