Customer Experience Consultant

The Opportunity


We are seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join our Frontline team in Cambridge on a full-time permanent basis. As the CX Frontline Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our Waste customers, handling a high volume of phone calls and email cases while providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be responsible for



Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email efficiently and professionally
Resolve a wide range of customer issues related to waste management services
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our CRM system
Process customer requests, bookings, and complaints in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction





What you'll need to be successful



Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a phone-based environment
Strong computer literacy skills and familiarity with CRM systems advantageous
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
