Job Description Summary C&W currently have a vacancy for to join our onsite customer experience team at the Herston Quarter facility.
Working as part of a team of 4 the role will be responsible for:
Job Description About the Role Manage all aspects of the Help Desk for incoming calls and emails, passing on messages/jobs to the site team as requiredMonitor the group email inbox and prioritise and triage correspondenceNotify technicians and the Operations teams when urgent requests ariseReception duties, such as signing in and out contractors, checking on induction status etc.Focus on the customer experience, using the frameworks and training provided, with the intent of reducing Customer effortEnsures that a world class customer service experience is delivered regardless of interaction type e.g.
face to face or virtual/remote resource depending on client requirementAbout You Prior experience working in a customer facing rolePositive, "can do" attitude, willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive experienceGiven the part time nature of this role, we envisage that it may appeal to those who may either be studying, looking to re-enter the workforce after time away or those on temporary visas who may have restrictions on the number of hours they are able to work.
