Over the last decade, Blue Bungalow has grown from a local summer fashion lifestyle brand to an established eCommerce business with a global presence, and a team of over 100 across our three operational locations - HQ, Fulfilment Centre & Retail Store. 
About the Role Our talented customer experience team is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for our customers through personalised communication and building a sense of community.  
Flexible hours: up to 20 hours p/week across Mon-Fri 7.30-5.30pm  Duties and responsibilities include:
Efficient and personalised response to a full range of customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, social media DM's & comments   Providing our customers with styling advice and personalised shopping supportAbout You We are looking for a vibrant, customer-centric, fashion enthusiast who understands the value of delivering customer interactions that exceed expectations.   As a dedicated team player, you will thrive in our constantly evolving, fast-paced Head Office environment.   
To be a perfect fit for this role, you will have:
