THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are seeking passionate and inspired Customer Experience superstars to join our team as they deliver high-quality service to Scape residents. This position offers variety, ensuring that no two days are the same as you provide quality service to make residents' stay at Scape memorable.
As the successful Customer Experience superstar, you will act as the first point of contact and be directly responsible for front-of-house engagement, support, and administrative services to all residents, stakeholders, and visitors.
The role of Customer Experience requires:
