Customer Experience and Sales Coordinator (Aquahub)Customer Experience and Sales Coordinator (Aquahub) The Customer Experience and Sales Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the Customer Experience and Sales team at Aquahub and Croydon Memorial Pool (CMP).
Reporting to the Customer Experience and Business Development Manager, the Coordinator will be in charge of coordinating day-to-day customer experience operations and administrative functions.
The main focus of the role will be implementing strategic plans to create positive customer experiences, acquire memberships, and drive retail income growth across all Maroondah Leisure and Aquatic Venues.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
The successful candidate will need to utilize online customer information tools and corporate systems to deliver exceptional results.
