Our Customer Experience Ambassadors are the champions for the Containers for Change Scheme and play an important role in ensuring that our customers return to our recycling centres time and time again. They achieve this by ensuring our customers have a great experience when visiting our centres by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the recycling centre is clean and tidy and ensuring our machines and sorting equipment are running as intended. Our Customer Experience Ambassadors also play a large role in boosting the TOMRA brand and are the face of TOMRA here in Australia.What you'll be doing:Acting as the first point of contact for customer queriesGoing above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service to ensure our customers have a great experienceEnsuring the recycling centre is well presented by maintaining a safe, clean, efficient and professional environment for team members and TOMRA customersCarrying out regular cleaning and maintenance of our reverse vending machinesMonitoring the recycling centre for any hazards and reporting concerns as they ariseAd-hoc duties as required by managementQualificationsTo be a successful Customer Experience Ambassador you will:Have a passion for recycling and the environmentHave a keen eye for detail and a motivation to maintain a clean work environmentBe a safety champion, everyone deserves to return home safely!Enjoy talking to people and ensuring they have a great experienceHave experience in face-to-face customer serviceAdditional InformationDoes this sound like you?!
