SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Casual Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer to join the team in Rockhampton.
We are offering approx. 25 hours per week, Monday to Sunday to meet business demands.
As a Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales, and ensure all rental vehicles meet SIXT Australia's vehicle presentation standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via emailOpening and closing rental agreementsSelling additional over the counter rental productsManaging reservations and organising fleetEnsuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customerInspecting and recording vehicle damageMaintaining a clean and safe working areaYour qualifications should include:
Flexibility to work during location trading hours including school holidays, weekends, and public holidaysExceptional customer service skills and/or experienceEnthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targetsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail with a good work ethicExperience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential)Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's LicenceFull working rights in AustraliaAll successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
