Job DescriptionSIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Casual Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer to join the team at Hervey Bay.
Are you a talent in customer service and sales? At SIXT, you can fully showcase your strengths. You'll ensure customer satisfaction, manage our vehicle fleet, and take on a variety of tasks in the branch. Everything you need to know about our vehicles, you'll learn with us.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Creating the best rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customerAdvising our national and international, commercial and private customers in the branch while delivering excellent face-to-face customer serviceBeing our expert on all vehicles in the SIXT fleet and advising our customers on all protection items and extrasManaging our premium vehicle fleet whilst selling additional services that cover the whole topic of car rentalAssisting with driving and valeting cars when requiredMaintaining a clean and safe working areaQualificationsMinimum qualifications include:
Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidaysExceptional customer service skills and/or experienceEnthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targetsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail with a good work ethicExperience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential)Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's LicenceFull working rights in AustraliaAll successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
