SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Full Time Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer (38 hours per week) to join the team at Coffs Harbour.
As a Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales, and ensure all rental vehicles meet SIXT Australia's vehicle presentation standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via emailOpening and closing rental agreementsSelling additional over the counter rental productsManaging reservations and organising fleetEnsuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customerInspecting and recording vehicle damageMaintaining a clean and safe working areaTo be successful in this role, you should possess:
Flexibility to work on a rotating roster during location trading hours, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidaysExceptional customer service skills and/or experienceAn enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targetsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail with a good work ethicExperience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential)Full working rights in AustraliaAll successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
