Job Description SIXT Australia?is on the lookout for a Full Time Customer Experience Agent to join the team at Perth Airport.
As a Customer Experience Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales, and ensure all rental vehicles meet SIXT Australia's vehicle presentation standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email Opening and closing rental agreements Selling additional over the counter rental products Managing reservations and organising fleet Maintaining a clean and safe working area Qualifications Flexibility to work between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets? Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence Full working rights in Australia All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
