Together.We're on a constant journey of improvement, delivering what we proudly call 'SIXT star service' for a seamless and premium experience.Job DescriptionSIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Full Time Customer Experience Agent to join the team at Fremantle.As a Customer Experience Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales, and complete vehicle rentals for SIXT Australia.Your key responsibilities will include:Communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via emailOpening and closing rental agreementsSelling additional over the counter rental productsManaging reservations and organising fleetMaintaining a clean and safe working areaQualificationsFlexibility to work on a rotating roster during location trading hours, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidaysExceptional customer service skills and/or experienceEnthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targetsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail with a good work ethicCurrent unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's LicenceFull working rights in AustraliaAll successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.Additional InformationAt SIXT Australia, we offer more than just discounts – though you get those too!
