A job to be proud of: We are currently recruiting an Administration Officer to join our Customer Experience Department on a permanent full-time basis (37.5 hours per week).
Based at our Belmont Office and reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, this role will provide essential administrative support to ensure the department operates efficiently.
The Administration Officer will assist the Head of Customer Experience and the team with organisational tasks, helping to streamline operations and enabling the team to focus on delivering exceptional customer experience initiatives.
What you'll do: Schedule and organise team and cross-departmental meetings, as well as external appointments.
Assist with planning team events, workshops, and training sessions.
Draft and prepare documents such as reports, presentations, and memos.
Maintain effective communication within the team and across departments.
Organise and maintain both digital and physical files for the team.
Manage and update team databases and contact lists.
Assist in the preparation and submission of expense reports and invoices.
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
Compile data and reports for team projects and presentations.
Support special projects, including research, data collection, and logistical tasks.
Perform general clerical duties as and when required.
What you will need: Prior experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a team-focused environment.
Strong attention to detail, with proficiency in proofreading and document control.
Expertise in office management, administrative procedures, and MS Office suites.
Excellent customer service, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience using Adobe preferred.
Effective time management, planning, and the ability to work autonomously.
Any certifications in administrative skills, computer literacy, or communication.
