Key Responsibilities include: Coordinate projects that drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice outcomes, providing project and administration support and reporting for specific project elements. Identify opportunities to improve processes. Offer advice and guidance to local customer teams as necessary. Support the maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge database of risks, issues, and resolutions. Contribute to the monitoring of benefits delivered, both financial and non-financial from engagement activities. Key Competencies: Initiates and participates in activities designed to develop and foster professional relationships. Displays willingness to learn from others. Organises own work activities and determines priorities considering impact on others. Demonstrates an active interest in on-going professional and personal development. Contributes to a positive relationship with customers. Is responsive to changes in customers' needs and expectations. Capable of considering alternative actions to resolve challenges. Engages with the Advisory and Continuous Improvement but actively seeks new ways of working and investigates trends that can improve business performance. Actively works to maximise the value of the service provided, with an awareness of cost management and customer management as part of the thought process. Understands the 'bottom line' in all services. Communicates clearly and concisely. Listens carefully and seeks to tailor communication for the audience. Liaises with a variety of stakeholders to help develop relationships. Initiates and participates in activities to improve rapport and develop relationships to drive outcomes. Applies knowledge of industry, market, and business trends to prioritise activities. Demonstrates a visible and active commitment to personal well-being, health and safe workplaces and activities; and continuously looks to improve the health, safety, and environmental performance of Queensland Health. Qualifications, registrations and other requirements: Whilst not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be highly regarded. This position may involve travel to other regional locations as required.
