This is an exciting, fixed term temporary full-time position for 8 months. The Customer Engagement Support Officer is responsible for registering and maintaining records of interactions and results of negotiations that address risks and/or issues that arise from time to time with Hospital and Health Services (HHS). Offer advice and guidance to local customer teams as necessary.Support the maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge database of risks, issues, and resolutions.Contribute to the monitoring of benefits delivered, both financial and non-financial from engagement activities.Initiates and participates in activities designed to develop and foster professional relationships. Displays willingness to learn from others.Organises own work activities and determines priorities considering impact on others.Demonstrates an active interest in ongoing professional and personal development.Contributes to a positive relationship with customers.
