Newly Created Position | Strategy Development & Execution Focus Sydney or Central Coast Based | Full Time Permanent Position Drive Patient and Referrer Engagement | Growing Diagnostic Imaging Company About Us PRP Diagnostic Imaging offers a comprehensive range of imaging services, through a network of 34 practices across Sydney, Illawarra, Central Coast and the Hunter and Central West.

About the Position In this newly created position, you will be responsible for developing and driving key customer interactions throughout the entire patient journey from referral to appointment.
You will be accountable for developing and executing a multi-channel strategy, incorporating short and long-term deliverables that drive customer engagement, whilst collaborating with key senior stakeholders.
You will lead and manage the operations of our contact centres to ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient call handling for inbound and outbound communications including our online booking system.
You will maximise our efficiency in contacting customers referred by E-Referral from referring Doctors and Specialists to ensure an excellent patient experience.
You will analyse KPI's, to identify opportunities for efficient gains and to drive business success.
Working with your direct reports, you will ensure that their teams are effectively trained and motivated to provide an exceptional customer service.
About You You must have a demonstrable track record of developing and executing multi-channel strategies that drive customer engagement through contact/call centres and digital platforms managing complex services or products.
You will have strong leadership skills, with the proven ability to create a positive work culture that fosters an environment of employees contributing ideas to improve both customer and employee engagement.
You must have excellent analytical skills with the ability to utilise data into improve customer experience and drive commercial opportunities.
You will be proficient in contact/call centre technology and scheduling software with the ability to identify efficiency gains.
Experience within the health sector is desirable though not essential.
