Job Description What you'll be up to: 360 Consumer Marketing Plans:
Develop and adapt local 360-degree marketing strategies for product launches and brand pillars.
Implement paid media strategies with a focus on digital and social media.
Collaborate with agencies and retail partners to maximise e-commerce opportunities and ensure timely delivery of assets.
Conduct post-campaign analysis and report insights to global teams.Earned Media & Influencer Strategy:
Develop PR strategies to drive earned media outcomes.
Collaborate with PR agencies and implement influencer strategies to create impactful, on-brand content.
Monitor and analyse social media metrics and influencer performance.Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Execute local CRM campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and loyalty.
Develop new CRM initiatives and create best practices.
Analyse CRM data to understand consumer behaviour and refine strategies.Customer Market Insights:
Identify and act on local market insights to create customised consumer marketing programs.
Map customer segmentation by brand and provide actionable insights from data analysis.
Stay informed on market trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape.Project Management:
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet project deadlines.
