Your FocusWorking with Customer Engagement team on campaigns to convert or retain customers as Monthly Active UsersLiaise with the Retail and Client Service teams to run E2E execution of campaigns independently across owned channels (including but not limited to eDM, push notifications, pop-ups, and SMS)Liaise with internal stakeholders (Marketing & Data) to ensure campaigns are executed across consumer touchpoints effectively and efficientlyHelp bring the Customer Engagement strategy to life by developing marketing experiments that contribute to customer growth & engagementIdeation, execution, analysis and optimisation of growth marketing experimentsRegularly present and share post campaign analysisEnsure campaigns are executed efficiently and in a timely mannerAbout You 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role with a strong focus on email marketingExperience in HTML/CSSProven success in generating revenue from email/SMS/push campaignsComfortable managing customer engagement communications across owned channels and always looking to grow expertise of new channelsAble to confidently present insights and feedback to internal stakeholdersExperience in marketing automation and personalisation to improve delivery of campaignsAble to identify growth optimisation opportunities across owned channelsIn the fast moving cashback category, Cashrewards has powered ahead of its rivals and taken the lead, serving over 2 million members with an enticing range of cashback offers from more than 2000 brand partners including Apple, Amazon, Myer, Liquorland, Adidas, Bonds, Target, Booking.com and The Iconic.
