Customer Engagement Advisor

WOW Recruitment is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join an internationally renowned Visual Communications Supplier business with a presence in multiple countries.

ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager you will ensure timely and professional execution of all customer service duties.Process customer orders over the phone and via email.Assist and resolve customer enquiries regarding deliveries and logistical enquiries.Liaison with warehouse, freight carriers, express couriers, etc.ABOUT YOU You have prior experience in a call centre, administration or similar environment.You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Team player with ability to pick up new systems easily.You have a driver's license or live close to Malaga, Perth.ABOUT THE PERKS Annual Salary of $65K + Super.Annual pay revision based on performance.Supportive team environment focused on employee well-being.Excellent mentorship and progression within the company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
