As a Customer Delivery Representative, you'll work behind the scenes to keep our operations running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Never afraid of hard work, in this fast-paced role you'll handle the replenishment of stock and deliveries to Club Assist's customers in the Sydney metro area and surrounds. Working with a time-sensitive delivery schedule to meet customer demands, you'll: Deliver stock to all customers as per set runs in a timely manner Maintain and build customer relationships by regular service frequency to your entire customer base Manage warranty claims and replacements as per the procedure Ensure all safety checks are completed daily Accounting for all money and stock movements on a daily basis Managing all stock in accordance with the Club Assist Stock on Hand Policy. Ensuring that the relevant documentation is raised on each sale or customer visit Trusted hands: here's who we're looking for: Experience in a warehouse distribution environment You're highly trustworthy and reliable.
