JOB DESCRIPTION Our new Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) are an even smarter and easier way to fulfil online orders and deliver the smiles for our customers.
And you could get involved.

How good is that.
It will be a new environment that will combine technology with teamwork to create a safe place where everyone feels welcome.
Thorough training and support from our leadership teams will ensure you're confident in your new role.
Whether it's a foot in the door, flexible work hours or the foundations of a stable role, a Coles CFC has what you're looking for.
About the role  A Customer Delivery Driver role is an opportunity to directly interact with customers.
You can combine your people skills with time management to make sure you deliver the orders on time, and the smiles too.

Efficiency : Now you can start your shift in drive.
Because the van is already loaded, the orders arranged by route, and the most efficient way sorted.
Flexibility: Our hours of operation means we can offer a variety of shifts to suit your life.
Community: Our team leaders are excited about building on the community spirit inside and outside of the CFC with diverse teams delivering a great online shopping experience to people in the area.
Discounts: As a Coles Group team member, you'll receive discounts across all our internal brands – Coles, Coles Liquor and Coles Online.
We also offer generous product and service discounts for sporting/entertainment, technology, getaways, healthcare and more courtesy of our partners.
Onsite perks: We offer free parking, an onsite canteen serving a variety of delicious meals at budget-friendly prices, BBQ areas and more.
