In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities: Produce and analyze customer and marketing campaign data. Provide actionable insights for decision-making. Optimize membership program and campaign performance. Identify audiences and provide segments for personalized marketing. Monitor KPIs related to customer behavior and metrics. Track and report on membership program and campaign performance. Conduct deep dive customer analysis for insights and recommendations. Collaborate with teams to extract and present data clearly. This role requires you to have: Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field. Experience in data analysis, preferably in Customer Insights or Marketing Analytics. Advanced SQL skills. Hands-on experience with large data sets analysis. Ability to present insights using visual storytelling techniques. Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP). Experience collaborating with Data Analytic teams. Proficiency with Data Analytic Platforms and visualization tools (Power BI).
