We know that our success is the result of more than 4,000 talented people working together to achieve amazing outcomes.Reporting to the Technology Operations Support Manager, the Technology Customer Coordinator will be accountable for providing the complete customer care experience regarding WesTrac service, repair and general service provision queries.As the single point of contact between the customer and the Technology Team, the Customer Coordinator is responsible for the effective and efficient coordination of the scope, scheduling, pricing and invoicing of the work required, whilst ensuring that the customer's install, repair and service of MineStar technology product are achieved within the agreed timeframe and budget.
