Customer Contact Officer  –  Casual Opportunities (Full time hours) Location: Varsity Lakes, QLD  Pay Rate:   $27.64 per hour plus 25% loading for casual rate.
Positions available in a purpose driven environment  Fully paid training for 6 weeks, plus a period to consolidate your skills.
Hybrid working available or fully remote after completion of training.
About the Role   We are seeking expressions of Interest for Customer Contact Officers to join our team to support our Federal Government client.
Handling Inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries with an element of outbound calls and processing work.
Providing accurate information about our client's products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
Assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner  Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues as needed.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions  You will work as part of a dynamic team, receiving comprehensive training and support to help you grow and succeed in your role.

About You   Your passion for supporting customers and ability to communicate effectively will assist with resolving enquiries for our customers.
To ensure your success you will have:  Demonstrated experience providing high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to competently navigate computer software platforms/ screens simultaneously.
Listen and communicate effectively, with the ability to explain complex information to customers clearly.
Maintain a calm, resilient composure.
Demonstrate the highest standards of professional conduct and support for others and work collaboratively in a team environment.
An interest in learning new information and embracing feedback on the job.
All successful candidates will be required to complete the 6-week training and consolidation program (full time during business hours), face to face at our Varsity Lakes Contact Centre.
Successful candidates will also:  Hold Australian Citizenship  Be required to complete pre-employment checks including relevant security clearances, computer competency and cognitive assessments.
