Customer Consultant

You will be part of a customer centric team supporting the retail operations.
In the trade store, you will be face to face with customers answering queries and finalising orders including online orders.
To ensure efficient operations you will conduct stocktakes and general upkeep of the store.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based onsite at Blackwoods Orange.

Some of the skills required:
Previous experience in a customer centric workplace Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment High level attention to detail Good written, verbal communication and computer skills Willingness to learn and develop Some of the tasks:
Support with daily tasks of the retail trade store Resolve customer queries satisfactorily (via phone, email or face to face) Finalise customer orders including online order collection Conduct relevant administrative tasks (including stocktaking) Ensure a clean, safe and presentable retail offering for customers Next Steps
