Job Description About YOUR new employer:
Our client is a leader in the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects within the energy sector. They are currently overseeing a significant transmission network project, which is among the largest of its kind in Australia. A specialized team has been established to facilitate the connection of multiple renewable energy generators to this new network, offering a modern and efficient approach to network connections based on leadership, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
About YOUR new job:
You will be responsible for guiding greenfield renewable energy projects through the grid connection, registration, and commissioning processes. Key to success in the role will be your ability to manage effective relationships with renewable energy generators and developers, as well as coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure timely and secure project delivery. Further key responsibilities include:
Assist with contract planning and negotiations, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. Prepare documentation and reports to track progress and ensure quality standards. Contribute to process improvements and maintain effective communication. Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. Contribute to a team culture focused on communication, innovation, and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders. About YOU:
Ideally you will have:
A minimum of 3 years experience in customer management within a commercial environment, ideally within the energy sector. Strong organisational, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to manage projects from planning to delivery. Experience in contract management and the ability to simplify technical information. Degree in project management, business, or a related field.
