About the role
As a consultant in our Customer Connections Team, you will:
Complete a 6-week Training program (fully onsite Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm for training period)Be responsible for end-to-end new connection management including paperwork validation, quoting and service order managementAssist with solar panel meter reconfigurationsManage meter abolishments, additions, and alterationsLiaise with & provide clarification to plumbers/electricians where requiredWhat we're looking for

The ability to work within a structured schedulePast experience in a team with KPI's/targetsConfidence in navigating multiple computer applicationsExperience in a call centre environment is highly regardedStrong attention to detailEnjoy working in a collaborative team environmentAbility to actively listen and clearly communicateManage high-volume calls in a fast-paced environmentAbility to follow compliance processes and proceduresEmbrace continuous learning and 1:1 coachingWhy Us
