You'll play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting operational goals to enhance the overall customer experience.If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys shaping the customer journey through effective communication, this role is for you.What you can expect in the role:Develop clear, engaging, and accurate communications to meet product, pricing, regulatory, and operational objectives.Ensure all communications are error-free and fully compliant with the latest regulations, continuously updating knowledge of compliance requirements.Lead the response to communication errors, ensuring swift remediation and implementing controls to prevent recurrence.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all communications.Utilize performance dashboards to identify opportunities to optimize customer engagement and refine communication strategies.Create educational materials in partnership with customer service teams to proactively address common customer concerns and improve service.What we would like to see you bring:Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in communications roles, preferably within the energy or other regulated industries.Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft concise and impactful messaging.Proven experience in developing regulatory communications and responding to regulatory changes.Strong project management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders.Experience in measuring communication effectiveness and using data to inform strategy.Inclusion at AGLAt AGL, we value diversity and welcome applicants from various backgrounds, including Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, individuals with disabilities, culturally diverse individuals, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
