The Opportunity Join this tight knit team as Customer Communications Specialist where you'll be responsible for executing customer communication activities across the Dodo and iPrimus brands, primarily across product, service and mandatory communication activities. What you'll be doing day-today Executing end-to-end product and service-based communications effectively, delivering key business messaging as generated by stakeholders across the Consumer business. This includes all steps of the customer communications process including planning, copy creation, design, audience selection and briefing, automation briefing, testing and reporting. Creating campaigns and activities across channels including eDM, SMS, direct mail, outbound and other applicable channels. Contributing to the creation and running of processes to support the planning and delivery of customer marketing and communication activities, (including planning, prioritization, data/audience selection, automation, etc.), working with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Service, Technology and Delivery teams. Reporting effectively on activities conducted in line with campaign or communication objectives. Contributing to effective management of the Customer Marketing budget. What you'll bring to this role An acute attention to detail for messaging, regulation, data and overall campaign execution. Strong data acumen with a passion for customer data, insights and results to inform effective campaigns and optimisation. Highly developed stakeholder management, project management, analytical, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience from within regulated or service industries is required, telco experience is desirable but not essential.
