Job Description Reporting to the Administration Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in recovering claims and implementing streamlined processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Collaborating effectively with other internal teams regarding complex claims or issues.Adhering to and reviewing internal policies while gathering and evaluating customer data and relevant documentation.Driving efforts to streamline and improve the efficiency of the claims process moving forward.Recovering outstanding funds from various schemes and conducting thorough information collection and analysis.Developing a comprehensive understanding of the scheme's structures and requirements.Analysing data and proposing actionable improvements that enhance processes.The Successful Applicant We are looking for a dedicated Customer Claims Specialist who has a passion for delivering excellent service and enjoys working cooperatively within a small team. To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Someone with a claims/financial background will be highly regarded, but not essential. The role will require full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with two days working from home.
