Your Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day operations of the team, providing guidance and support to team members.  ensuring a high level of professional customer across our Customer Care Team supporting families with enrolments and accounts, via phone and email determining the nature of calls and providing appropriate response/assistance ensuring data integrity and customer privacy is maintained at all times overseeing service compliance activities for our programs  managing any escalations or areas of concern / customer complains raised by the Customer Care Consultants  data analysis and reporting  recording and tracking all customer interactions on the customer register being a subject matter expert on XAP (booking system)  coordinating the sending of any bulk communications to parents assisting with strategic planning initiatives  completing any ad hoc administrative duties as required What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a customer service-based environment XAP experience would be highly regarded. Excellent customer resolution ability Excellent verbal and written communication skills including report writing. Solid administrational and MS Office competency have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team Ability to drive and increase a positive working culture. highly organised with strong analytical and negotiation capabilities a positive can-do attitude What Makes School Plus Special?  Meaningful Recognition: Celebrate your successes with awards, bonuses, and programs designed to honor your contributions.
