Job Description:

Cochlear Limited, a leading medical device company headquartered in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information, troubleshooting support, and assistance with order processing- Proactively identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues- Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Driven and energetic personality traits- Soft skills in negotiation and innovation- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team- No previous experience required
