Do Work that Matters As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us. You will assist customers in managing their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:
Concierge and welcome callsMissed payments and early-intervention collectionsSimple customer service enquiriesSee Yourself in our Team We currently have Casual positions available from September onwards with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.

Must be available for two weekday shifts per weekHybrid role: You must be available to work from the Redfern office, once a fortnight (more during training)Outside of this, we'll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availabilityTraining will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 4 weeks, 15 hours per week (days & times will be confirmed at interview stage)Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training periodThroughout your training, you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model.
